We manage the devices, collaboration tools and applications your employees use every day. Users get a consistent experience wherever they work, and IT keeps control without the routine effort.

Overview

Digital Workplace Services

Digital Workplace Services helps organizations manage the devices, collaboration tools and applications employees use every day, so they can work securely and productively from anywhere.

We manage devices centrally, automate provisioning and updates, and administer Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace with clear governance. Business applications are packaged and delivered to users, and devices are tracked from procurement to secure retirement.

The result is a consistent employee experience, compliant devices and an IT team freed from routine workplace tasks.

Who this is for

  • IT leaders supporting hybrid and remote employees across locations
  • Organizations managing laptops and mobile devices with manual processes
  • Businesses that have adopted Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace without full governance
  • Teams planning device refreshes, operating system upgrades or tenant consolidation

What gets in the way

Challenges this service addresses

  • Slow, manual device setup

New devices are imaged and configured by hand, delaying new joiners and tying up IT staff.

  • Inconsistent device configuration

Devices drift from standard settings and updates, creating support issues and compliance gaps.

  • Collaboration tool sprawl

Teams, sites, groups and shared files grow without ownership, making information hard to find and control.

  • Unmanaged device lifecycle

Without tracking from purchase to retirement, devices are lost, refreshed late or disposed of without proper data removal.

  • Uneven employee experience

Remote and office users get different levels of access, performance and support, affecting productivity.

FAQ

Questions about Digital Workplace Services

If your question is not here, ask it directly.

Ask a direct question
Do you support both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

Yes. We manage either platform, including email, collaboration and file sharing. Where organizations use both, we agree which platform is the primary workplace and manage them consistently.

Can you manage devices for remote employees?

Yes. Devices are managed through the cloud, so policies, updates and applications reach users wherever they work. Zero-touch provisioning lets new devices ship directly to employees.

How do you handle device refreshes and upgrades?

We plan refreshes and operating system upgrades using asset and compatibility data, then deliver them in phases. Large-scale refresh or migration programs can also be delivered as fixed-scope projects.

How is this different from IT Service Desk & ITSM?

IT Service Desk & ITSM is the first point of contact for all IT support and runs the service processes. Digital Workplace Services manages user devices, collaboration tools and the end-user environment that the service desk supports.

Who is responsible for device security?

Digital Workplace Services applies and maintains device configuration and compliance policies. Identity and access controls are designed through Security Engineering (Cloud & Identity), and threat detection on devices is handled by Managed Security (SOC).
