managed services

Fast, consistent IT support for every user.

We run your IT service desk as the first point of contact for users, backed by clear service management processes. Issues are resolved quickly, requests are fulfilled consistently and you see how the service performs.

Overview

IT Service Desk & ITSM

IT Service Desk & ITSM gives organizations a reliable first point of contact for IT support, run on consistent service management processes.

We provide multi-channel user support, resolve common issues at first contact and escalate the rest through agreed paths. Behind the desk, we run incident, request, change and knowledge processes that keep support consistent and measurable. Ticket trends are used to expand self-service and reduce recurring issues.

The result is faster, more consistent support for users and clear visibility of how IT services perform.

Who this is for

  • IT leaders whose teams are interrupted by routine user requests
  • Growing organizations without a structured service desk
  • Businesses with users across locations, time zones or languages
  • Organizations whose ITSM processes exist in tools but not in practice

What gets in the way

Challenges this service addresses

  • Inconsistent user support

Requests arrive by email, chat and phone, and the quality of support depends on who happens to respond.

  • Specialists handling routine tickets

Engineers spend time on password resets and access requests instead of complex work.

  • Slow request fulfillment

Common requests such as access, software and equipment wait in queues without clear ownership or approvals.

  • Processes that exist only on paper

Incident, change and request processes are documented but not followed, so outcomes vary and risks increase.

  • No view of service performance

Without reliable data, it is hard to see volumes, recurring issues or whether users are satisfied.

Why Hinkor

How we back that up

  • Process before people

We establish clear workflows and categories first, so support stays consistent regardless of who handles a ticket.

  • Works with your existing tool

We operate on your current ITSM platform where possible, avoiding a tool change before the service is stable.

  • Reducing demand, not just handling it

Ticket trends feed knowledge articles, self-service and fixes, so users need to contact the desk less often.

  • Connected escalation

Escalations flow directly to our application and infrastructure teams where they support you, with no handoff delays.

Service Desk Assessment

Review your support channels, ticket data and processes, and identify improvements and transition readiness.

ITSM Process Review

FAQ

Questions about IT Service Desk & ITSM

If your question is not here, ask it directly.

Ask a direct question
What support hours and languages do you offer?

Support hours, channels and languages are agreed during scoping, based on where your users work and how critical their systems are. They are defined in the service agreement and reported on regularly.

Do we need to change our ITSM tool?

No. We work on your existing ITSM platform where possible. If you do not have one, or it no longer fits your needs, implementation is delivered as a project through Enterprise Applications.

What happens to issues the service desk cannot resolve?

They are escalated to the right resolver team through agreed paths. Application issues go to Application Management & Support, and infrastructure issues go to Managed Cloud & Infrastructure, whether those teams are ours or yours.

How is this different from Digital Workplace Services?

IT Service Desk & ITSM is the first point of contact for all IT support and runs the service processes. Digital Workplace Services manages user devices, collaboration tools and the end-user environment that the service desk supports.

Can you support our users in multiple locations?

Yes. Remote support covers users in any location. Where on-site support is needed, we agree coverage and arrangements during scoping.
