Do we have to move to S/4HANA by 2027?

No. ECC keeps running after 2027, but mainstream maintenance ends on 31 December 2027. Extended maintenance runs to 2030 for an additional fee, and a transition option to 2033 has conditions. Large SAP programs often take more than a year, so it is worth deciding your path well before the deadline.

Should we choose a new implementation or a system conversion?

It depends on how well your current processes and custom code serve the business. A conversion keeps history and processes, while a new implementation resets to standard. Selective data transition combines elements of both. A readiness assessment compares them for your landscape.

Which deployment option is right for us?

SAP offers public cloud, private cloud and on-premise options, with different levels of flexibility, update frequency and cost. We compare them against your processes, customization needs and regulatory requirements before recommending one.

Can you take over SAP support from another partner?

Yes. A structured transition covers documentation, knowledge transfer and a stabilization period before we take full responsibility, so users are not disrupted.

Do you work only with SAP?
