What you will do
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, environments and deployment automation.
- Write infrastructure as code with clear module boundaries and policy checks.
- Improve observability: metrics, logs, traces and alerts that are worth waking up for.
- Work with product teams to remove friction without removing guardrails.
- Document the platform and support the teams that use it.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud and a container platform.
- Strong infrastructure-as-code practice (Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi or equivalent).
- A working knowledge of Linux, networking and identity.
- The judgment to choose a managed service over a self-hosted one when it is the better decision.
- Comfort being the person product teams come to for help.
How we work
Small teams, direct client contact, and a strong bias toward solving the constraint rather than adding another tool. You will have a named technical lead and a clear scope.
